Gather at 5:25 to break into groups for “Thang” portion of workout. Begin promptly at 5:30 am in the gloom….two option workout…one is four corners…the other is the Merlot Marathon Relay with special inanimate guests to increase the pain and hoping one of us spills some merlot as a result…The Merlot Marathon relay will be for those wanting high cardio.
