18 well-seasoned F3 men met in the gloom on this Friday the 13th to celebrate our Jinja Ninja Toto, currently on loan to F3 Uganda.  To pay him proper homage (and because of my lack of creativity), we replicated his Q from 9.26.16.  It went something like this.

With little introduction YHC offered a brief pre-mosey (for Checkbook) and led the PAX past the circle and to the somewhat more lighted left school lot for WARM-O-RAMA:

MOSEY to school ramp/stairs area – partner up (as Toto eloquently put it last year, size did not matter, speed and manliness did) – partner 1 exercised while partner 2 ran down ramp, across sidewalk, up the stairs, did 2 burpees and returned to relieve partner 1.  Team completed total number of reps before moving to next exercise.

To YHC’s surprise, and a testimony to how much better shape we are in today vs. last year, everyone finished 5 minutes early with no assistance from faster teams.  The Hate Patrol (Kay, Spicoli, and Dean) led the way, with Kay making NASCAR sounds each time he passed me #freshertires.  FloRida showed perfect form on the KNERKINS, as ususal.  Someone mumbled about not allowing certain people to team up, but from my perspective I thought we finished around the same time…then again YHC was the 6.

We moseyed to the basketball court via Mountain Street.  The PAX got separated so the lead mosey pack audibled MONKEY HUMPERS…twice.   Then MARY
