17 delusional Pax assembled in post Irma glory.  Mumble chatter was minimal (which is never a good sign)..
Seeing no FNG’s the Pax hit a medium mosey to the main road to pay tribute to the Beatles and “do it in the road”…

SSH’s, 10 IC,  Abe Vigodas, 15 IC,  Imperial Walkers 15 IC,  Copperhead Squats 20 IC

Pax partnered up and ran “Catch me if you can” to middle parking lot and back.

Partner 1, Drop and do 2 burpees then sprint to catch partner 2.
Partner 2, run backwards until caught.
Upside was a good warmup, downside was pax doing burpees in backwards traffic.  Only one safe was Kryptonite who gimped far behind the peloton, but modified to share in the pain. – well done!!

Upon scooping him back up, slow mosey to main upper lot.

At which time Q spelled out in clear instructions The Thang:

Count off by 4.

Each group would send one person to each station.. stations being:

1. 20 Box jumps onto curb, touch ground between each (starting station – where upon finish member would sprint to and relieve team member at station 2).
2. 20 Merkins – – Plank for 5 count (repeat) – once relieved sprint to 3
3. Split Jacks (no rest, no limit) once relieved sprint to 4
4. 10 LBC (IC) low flutter 10 count – sprint to restart cycle

You’ve almost never seen directions not followed so fast…! To the point of Sludge asking after 1 station if he could be traded?  Instead of a #4 at each station… 3  of the #4s all went to the same station (and then couldn’t figure out why they were not changing stations).. and it only got worse.  I was able to contact KPD and get actual footage of before and after Qs instructions.  They provided these still photos (which considering how dark it was are remarkably bright):

While unbelievable that it could go so wrong, so fast;  Pax still seemed to sweat it out and gut it out.  Notables – Flounder, Deliverance, were all-stars in banging out reps – but even more so in actually following 4th grade directions – well done fellas.  Also like to shout out to Fannypack and Tenderfoot for kicking ass considering coming on board such a short time ago…

Bright moment of F3 building up of one another as follows:

Sprinkler – “why is there no one at station #1?”..

Q. “that’s the starting station, there shouldn’t be anyone there”

Not 2 minutes later in the gloom a voice rings out (sounding exactly like Sprinkler’s…) responding to an unknown party..

“That’s the starting station.. there isn’t supposed to be anyone there you moron!!)

 Knowledge is power!

Omaha was called when someone tried to touch the Q’s winky – and Gilmore threatened to violate the Geneva convention with use of gas.
