Partner up
- Both start at the bottom of the hill
- Partner 1, Run to top of hill and do merkins, 15 each time YHC and Flo Rida in similar speed on the merkins…can’t keep Flo Rida out of my head “straighten your arms at the top….” Nice work by Fanny Pack on the merkins–so much improvement from Day 1!
- Partner 2, Complete as many burpees as possible
End result, 70 burpees for the pair, unlimited merkins–Tarde conceded that his heart rate had exceeded his normal resting HR…Fortran offered some mumblechatter on the exercise choices…Deliverance even seemed to sweat a bit on this one…
Keep your Partner, Mosey to the next hills–but no long runs as promised on day 1 to Flounder who has probably logged 20+ miles at our “low run” workouts at Ivey Redmon
- Both start at the bottom of the hill
- Partner 1, Crawl Bear to the top of the hill and do wide merkins, 15 each time–the Crawl Bear up the hill was provided by a couple of ladies who do boot camp at the Y…not to be outdone, but Gilmore took exception…
- Partner 2, Prisoner Get Ups, as many as possible
End result, 70 Prisoner Get Ups, unlimited wide merkins
Parking Lot, everyone find a pair of lines
- 7’s, like this: Carolina Dry docks on one line, side shuffle to second line, release merkins–Kay is doing some break dance move between the lines, and there’s always a chance of a Tramp Stamp sighting…
